Globally, organizations face a of over 4 million cybersecurity roles. At Immersive, we believe that talent is everywhere; it simply needs to be unlocked and nurtured. Our partnership with The Hacking Games, a leader in identifying and engaging unconventional talent, is a testament to this belief.

The Hacking Games, renowned for their Capture The Flag, Bug Bounties, and other competitive cybersecurity challenges, excels at finding individuals with innate cybersecurity aptitude. By integrating our expertise, we can provide a direct pathway for these emerging talents to hone their skills and transition into vital cybersecurity roles. Unlike traditional hiring models, Cyber Million emphasizes practical, hands-on learning. Individuals aged 16 and over can register for the program and access a curated series of exercises and labs designed to match the specific skill requirements of open roles. This flexible, self-paced approach ensures that anyone with the drive and aptitude can develop the necessary skills to succeed. Upon successful completion of these labs, skilled candidates will have the opportunity to apply for open positions with our employment partners.
